Technicians looking at HVAC units

Our preventative maintenance program

Shriver Mechanical’s Preventative Maintenance Program covers two maintenance calls each year. One service call focuses on the heating system and the other service call focuses on the air conditioning system. The purpose is to inspect and keep your existing heating and air conditioning equipment running in tip top shape. Shriver’s technicians will examine equipment and perform standardized tests to determine the efficiency and advise you if any repairs are needed.

Regular maintenance keeps your equipment running longer and helps you avoid expensive repairs. Additionally, when your equipment is running at peak performance, you enjoy peace and also save money.
